Hair Dye...?

Yesterday i went to a salon and wanted my hair bleach blonde and its blonde but it has a hint of orange to it and i hate it and i dont think it looks good or how i wanted it.

I bought Loreal paris medium brown hair dye because i dont want to go back to the salon and pay another $70.

Am i taking the chance of making it a worse color than it already is, or do you think the brown will cover up the blonde well?

Hair Dye...?

well brown will cover it up because you are darkening it and darkening is soo much easier than lighting

Hair Dye...?

You have to wait 2 months before coloring it again or it will turn out funky.

And why are you buying the dye? The salon should have any color you want and if you have a good stylist they should know what matches your skin tone and face.

Hair Dye...?

if you use alot of the brown dye you can cover it up if you use a little it wont cover it up

Hair Dye...?

I think you are making it worst, just wait a little bit.

Hair Dye...?

it should, but are you sure you want to dye it so fast. you could permanently damage your hair.

Hair Dye...?

A toner might be able to help you. Im honestly no pro. When I dyed my hair bleach blonde the hairdresser said she could put a toner on it if I hated it which she did. It jsut dyed it darkish red.

Hair Dye...?

don't use that brown color.... first of all its probably a box color and it will turn your hair green,,, go to sallys and get a toner with a blue base and a small thing of 20 volume developer that orange will be gone and you will ahve the blonde you want.

Hair Dye...?

If it is a decent salon, if you go back in and tell them that it isn't the color you want, they should correct it for free. Just don't wait forever...

Hair Dye...?

That hint of orange is chemicals that you have had on your hair before you got your hair bleached. If you put the color in your hair, you might end up with some funky highlights that you might not want. You should go to another hair stylist and ask what you shoud do... most have a free consultations and they will be able to look at your hair....I could tell exactly what to do but I need to see your hair...

Hair Dye...?

be careful. if it turned orange, then you have red in your hair and you should be careful dying it anyway, itll always turn out different than you expect. suck it up and buy a cool hat for a while, because if you try to redye it now, it may do one of two things: a) break, frizz and or fall out; b) turn some strange color you would never expect. i bleached my hair once (its naturally red) and it turned this bright gold color which i hated. i tried to cover it up with brown hair dye and it turned a silvery blue color. consult your stylist.
