Mix the solution as described. Shake it up real good! Next put on the gloves. Start at the front next to the roots. Run the bottled through your scalp and gently smear it. Pile your hair up watch the time. Five minutes or so before your time is up, put the rest on the rest of your hair and wait the remaining time. If you have absolutely no idea how, then you should go to a salon, it may be pricey but at least you know a pro is doing it
