i used it 2 days ago. and no everytime i take a shower, the water (when i wash it) stills turns a little purple. and also when i wipe my hair with a towel after i take my shower, the towel turns into a light purplish color! its not that purple but it is annoying. its been about 2 days now. i need tips. will it always be like this? how do u make it go away?

It is just residual dye that wasn't rinsed out all the way to begin with. It will stop. Rinse, rinse, rinse.

Unfortunately, that hair dye will do that for about a week. But the upside to that is....the dye lasts longer than others.

When I had died my hair black, it did that.
It will stop probably in a few days, just be patient.
It's just getting rid of all the extra colour no longer clinging to your hair.

When I use to dye my hair I would always use a bad towel for a few days after. You might not have rinsed your hair very well. Your hair should stop bleeding soon.

Some people have this problem. The hair is not as dense to attract the colour and it comes out. Next time I would recommend going to the hairdresser and getting it done.
It could also be that the quality of the product was not very good.

You should clean your face first at the sink and use eye makeup remover or pads. Then take a shower.
If you don't like the product maybe you can return it.

If it is just a rinse then it probably will be like that. If it is permanent colour then It should settle within another 2 -3 washes - put conditioner in hair and leave for 5 minutes this should help - you can go and buy colour lock products that help lock in the colour also

I wish I knew what to do for you right now. I don't...sorry. But I can give you advice for the future. This is from my personal experience.
For future reference, get your hair dyed professionally. I know it is a little more expensive, but totally worth it. I dye my hair a lot and now it is so dry. I learned that box dyes (the ones you can buy from the drug store) have 40% Ammonia (very bad for your hair) and the professional dyes have only 4%. I ha d a bad incident this summer and I decided to dye my hair back to it's natural color so that I won't have to re-dye it anytime soon. My goal is to revive my hair back to its normal lustrous self.

this is normal i am a hairdresser.... black is a very concentrated color. the purple pigment is just the black rinsing off the hair which is normal all hair color washs out a lil black happens to look purple when it does. it will eventually stop ... if u dont mind losin some of the black color then wash with shampoo and a lil dish soap it will remove some of left over residue but i might also lighten it a lil . if u wanna preserve the black start shampooing with professional color care shampoo. .

Wow. i think horse crazy is a little tired maybe? I love it when people say "not to be rude." and then be complete asssholes.DUH
Anyway, i think you are just going to have to wait about a week for it to go away. Some shampoos will really clean out a lot but you dont want to keep washing your hair cuz it dries it out. The excess die is usually caused by using too much color, but it could also be that your hair may have had product in it, and the die didnt attach.
Anyway, black hair is hot!

This has nothing to do with the shampoo you're using. Has everything to do with the color you used. (not the brand)
Your hair pulled the hair color. Thats all. If you're hair was a bit dry before you colored it, your hair pulled in all that color. Now, its letting go some of it. Your hair is what is called:
"oversaturated".
Black is the hardest color to 'get rid of' once it's in your hair.
Just be patient. It'll go away in a few days and stop bleeding color when the saturation has diminished. Don't panic tho. Its completely normal. If your hair starts separating when you brush it, you may have to get rid of some of the saturation. You can do this by using a clarifying shampoo a few times. It will help correct the saturation level.

i will tell you not to ever try and strip that out of your hair yourself or in a salon. you are stuck with it! you will have to let it grow out. i have spent many hours trying to pull this color out of someones hair and it is not possable.
