What eyeshadow color is the best for me?

I want a good color for my sister, she is 13 and is going in 8th grade. She doesnt wear makeup except a tiny bit of coverup and some gloss. She told me she wants to try a good eyeshadow that is good enough for school and special occaisons. She has dark brown hair- here is a link please look at it.

please tell me good makeup brands, products, and colors for her. Im in india so most products like maybelline are available here. I saw an ad for loreal i think and they had colors for brown and dark eyes but i wasnt sure what shed classify in. please help me! thanx

if she's kinda on the fairer side... let her go for earthly tones like a light pink or light brown....

Put vaseline on her lids, get a brush and some eye glitter, and ab the glitter with the eye makeup brush just on the lower lid above the eyeslashed, and curl her eyelashes, dont put the glitter all over the lid coz it looks too overdone, just on the line above the lashes. thats what i do %26amp; everyone loves it! x
