it says image can not be found. More then likely you will need to see a stylist. You could try using toner on it something with a violet base.

The same thing happened to me.
I have natural dark brown hair when I went to a lighter brown it had sort of a reddish glow. My hair professional did it and she said that I had original red in my hair that was not showing. My guess is that you had red in your hair that you never saw (just like me). There really is no way to correct this with out bleach. My hair eventually faded and now there is basically no red. My hair professional gave me a shampoo fader that worked really good. I am not sure if you could find that in stores but you might want to check with a professional hair supply store and tell them you need something to fade your color. Or if you have a hair stylist you could ask them next time you go in.
Hope I helped and good luck! =]

I know what you mean. If you want to do it at home, I suggest using L'Oreal Paris natural match in 6W, since it will turn into a golden brown color without going red, and similar to tyra's! To keep the color from fading(and potentially turning red), use Matrix Memory Rich Brunettes Color enhancing foam conditioner one a week after you shampoo for five minutes! hope ive helped and good luck!

All of the answers are incorrect. Your natural hair (the hair that has no chemicals) will take color differently than the hair that has previous color on it. How to achieve what you want depends on many factors.
There are colors that will get dark hair color to a medium brown with out the red tones BUT the color only works on virgirn hair (hair with no chemicals) and fine hair types. Once you have put artificial hair color on your hair you must use bleach to get the results you want.
Dark hair color must always be highlighted with bleach and hair that has artificial hair color will only lighten with bleach. Bleach is not harmful to the hair, but when used incorrectly it will damage the hair.
Hair Color can only lighten 2-3 levels lighter than the natural level and the darker the natural hair color that number can be even less. Putting Hair Color over previously colored hair will result in damaged hair and virtually no color change. Hair Color cannot lighten previously colored hair.
All hair lightens the same (brown to red brown to red to red orange to orange to yellow orange to yellow) the difference between a person with dark hair versus light hair is where they start in the lightening process. The darker hair starts in the red tones, while the light hair comes into the process at the orange tones.
If your hair is dark you must use bleach to lighten your hair past red/orange.
Step 1 - Understand what your hair can have and what it has currently. You can't have Tyra Banks hair color unless you have her hair type (Natural Texture, Color, Density, etc.). The color that you are referring to that she has is artificial hair, so having that color is only possible from a weave which is what she has.
Your hair type can only achieve what your hair type can. In addition your current condition also dictates what can be done. If your hair is too fragile to do the color that you can do, then you will have to condition and wait.
Step 2 - If it閳ユ獨 right for your hair
If your hair is currently light enough but too brassy-
-Highlight the majority of the head in a fine weave (Only lighten the part of the hair shaft that is brassy or not light enough)
-While the highlight processes color the hair in-between with the level brown desired.
-After the highlight has processed (lighten to yellow) and the color has toned/darkened in between the foils
-Wash hair
-Tone packets with one level lighter than the background color
If your hair is too dark
-You must remove the unnecessary pigment with a bleach wash
-Highlight the majority of the head in a fine weave (Only lighten the part of the hair shaft that is brassy or not light enough)
-While the highlight processes, color the hair in between with the level brown desired.
-After the highlight has processed (lighten to yellow) and the color has toned/darkened in between the foils
-Wash hair
-Tone packets with one level lighter than the background color
Making dark hair a beautiful brown is possible but you will need a well trained stylist and a good home maintenance when finished. The most important thing to remember is to do what is best for your hair and hair type. Your hair will look its best when you stay within its boundries.
